2Nd Shift Production Supervisor

The 2nd shift Production Supervisor coordinates and directs division and shift Production resources, functions, and staff to efficiently and effectively meet or exceed safety, quality, production, customer satisfaction, budgetary, and score card goals and expectations. The Division Supervisor identifies staffing and training needs, provides leadership and direction to production staff and enforces policies and procedures across the division. The 2nd shift Production Supervisor maintains open communication across the organization in collaboration with staff, sales, purchasing, logistics, safety, human resources, engineering, and management.

Hours for this position are M-F 1:30pm-10:15pm.

Skills and Abilities:

Bachelor’s Degree (four year college or technical school) preferred.

5 plus years of experience in a manufacturing setting overseeing staff.

Strong proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel required.

ERP experience required.

First Aid, CPR and Bloodborne Pathogens certification required. If no current certification- the willingness to be certified.
