Production Team Supervisor Job Description
We are looking for Production Team Supervisor who is eager to try out new tasks and to help us craft an efficient and productive team. A line supervisor is responsible for monitoring the line operations within our organization, ensuring the adequacy of line staff on production, and supervising the quality control processes. 1 to 2 years supervisor experience is a plus.
All TCOS Employees must possess the following qualifications:
● High School Diploma or GED
● 18 Years or older
● Must submit to drug screening and background check
● Ability to lift 50 lbs. and pushing/pulling a loaded Experience operating forklifts, pallet jack weighing 2,000 lbs. pallet jacks, and other warehouse
Supervisor Team Members will have the following primary responsibilities:
● Following food safety guidelines and standards
● Following our Good Manufacturing Practices
● Maintaining a clean workspace and production area
● Following production guidelines and specifications
● Performing other tasks as assigned
● Multitask effectively (iPad)
● Able to work overtime as needed, including guidelines and best practices during emergencies
● Maintain attention to detail and quality control
● Work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner

● Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
● Basic computer skills (Email /Microsoft office) and advanced computer skills

● Taking Employee temperatures
● Training new employees
● Moderate knowledge in warehouse & fulfillment
● Double check list/ documentation filled out/ refill
● Keeping up with production emails (Call outs, production forecast & inventory)
● Check list/ documentation and week to week tasks
● Overseeing day to day tasks
● Making sure everyone is set up for success for the task given
● Control ingredient and finished product waste
● Working on the production line when needed
● Inventory of production supplies
● Making sure all equipment, tools and floors are cleaned & tested; reclean if applicable
● Breaking out the team leads
● Prepping the beginning of the shift (employee layout) & turning on equipment
● Packaging positioning, temps & moderate knowledge on flow wrapper
● Turning off machines and equipment final walk through
● In charge of batch/mixer sheets
● Making sure slab line does not stop unless testing is being done
● Communicating between departments (warehouse, fulfilment, maintenance, food safety & QA)
● Small janitorial/maintenance tasks (refilling soap, paper towels, fixing hoses, ect.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
