Jefferson and Willard site
4 days a week 3 hours a day - $20.19 per hour
4:00-7:00 p.m.
MINIMUM ACCEPTABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High School Graduate
2. Knowledge and ability to plan and run family programming.
3. Experience working with middle school aged children and teachers.
4. Willingness to substitute for activity leaders as needed.
5. Willingness to go on an occasional Saturday field trip.

ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Education.
2. School Community Liaison Experience.
3. Ability to perform duties requiring strictest confidentiality.
4. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
Explicit oral and written instructions are received from Supervisor of Community Outreach and Grant Development and 21CCLC Program Manager.
DUTIES:
Site Coordinator

1. Recruit and ensure students are staying in the program.
2. Make appropriate phone contacts about student absence.
3. Substitute for activity leaders if needed.
4. Plan and hold three parent events and four parent workshops per year.
5. Collect and evaluate parent day data.
6. Work with site coordinator to resolve student/program issues.
7. Abide by the rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Warren City School District Board of Education.
8. Perform other relevant duties as may be assigned by Supervisor of Community Outreach and Grant Development, 21CCLC Program Manager, and Site Coordinator, Superintendent/CEO and/or his/her designee.
