Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a scalable strategy to enhance the utilization of our CRM system.
- Utilize Adobe tools to centralize Talent Acquisition content and resources into a unified platform.
- Contribute to the writing and editing of employee spotlights, including collecting employee information, and writing a compelling "Why Adobe" is included in every story.
- Support talent marketing intelligence and analysis reports on monthly talent acquisition campaigns.
What You Need to Succeed
- Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2024 - December 2026
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for working with data
- Great teamwork skills
