KKR is seeking current 1st-year MBA students (graduation date: Spring 2025) for our 2024 MBA Internship Program and to be an active part of a team-oriented environment. The internship is 10-weeks in length and will take place in our New York office. Following the conclusion of the internship, 2025 full-time offers may be extended to exceptional performers.
KKR Global Client Solutions (KCS)
Global team responsible for supporting and interacting with the firm's Limited Partners. The group drives client engagement focused around capital raising, new product development, and origination for institutional clients and retail investors
Leverage deep expertise on a specific strategy to drive fund launches, complete detailed investment due diligence, negotiate contracts, grow relationships with existing and new investors, and ultimately, raise capital for KKR's various strategies.
Focused on building, maintaining, and expanding relationships with our clients while delivering solutions across the KKR platform.
Position Description
10-week summer internship with the Digital Marketing team focused on the development and execution of digital strategy and programs that build brand awareness, drive business growth and enhance the client experience.
Manage a marketing project from ideation to completion which will then be presented to the global marketing department at the end of the internship.
Work across marketing teams to support build of platforms that help streamline, deliver efficiencies, and create value through automation and AI.
Assist various marketing campaigns from ideation through execution across email, digital advertising, search and social media.
Conduct exploratory, statistical, and causal analysis of marketing data from multiple sources to develop actionable data-driven insights and recommendations for marketers.
Work with digital leads to design and implement A/B tests with goal to optimize efforts and achieve higher rates of conversion and engagement.
Conduct competitive benchmarking / research of advisor sites to share as input into advisor website buildout.
Aid in the development and maintenance of marketing metrics and reports to track growth and deliver insights.
Assist with other marketing team projects and initiatives on an ad-hoc basis.
Primary Qualifications and Skills
Current 1st year MBA student with anticipated graduation date of Spring 2025
Interest in alternative investments, fundraising for wealth and institutional audiences.
Aptitude for critical and creative thinking across the quantitative and qualitative spectrum.
Maturity, presence, sound judgment, and ability to form and express opinions effectively to cross-divisional teams including senior management.
Proven ability to manage demands of multiple teams and projects in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong relationship development skills, including over the phone/zoom with global teams.
Quick learner with clear intellectual curiosity and self-motivation.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to read information/situations from varying perspectives and tailor messages to suit different audiences.
Strong organization skills with an emphasis on attention to detail and being proactive and responsive.
Technical mastery of PowerPoint and Excel.
Content driven with the ability to communicate complex topics to a wide range of audiences.
Strong presentation skills.
Knowledge of SQL or Python for analytics coding.
Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
Nice to have Knowledge of digital and marketing analytics, and lead generation.
