Responsible for providing back-office support in various capacities to the internal & external team members in accordance with policies, procedures, and quality standards; establish a good working relationship with team members and department contacts to maintain and continuously strive to improve the level of overall service being provided. Continuously strive to improve efficiencies and maintain an expert level in internal and external applications.
Essential Duties:
Participate in the activities involved in providing quality support and reporting services to assigned internal/external departments (e.g. Operations, Sales, Analytics, etc.) while ensuring adherence to corporate and departmental policies and procedures
- Pack, seal, label and mail daily products and coupons
- Process internal and external reports related to audits and invoicing on daily, weekly and/or monthly basis by running ad hoc reports or compiling automated reports from the client-based CRM
- Compile, manipulate, and interpret reports that are output in excel
- Complete monthly invoicing
- Scan and file any program incoming mail
- Receive and assemble product boxes as required
- Manage product and fulfillment supplies, replenishing as needed per business and budget restraints

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 or older and have a High School diploma or GED or equivalent education
- Proficiency in Microsoft office, particularly with Excel
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on client and program objectives with the ability to multitask
- Perform physical activities that require the ability to carry up to 50 pounds for short durations periodically
