As a Zund Operator your role will be crucial in our production process. Your main responsibility will involve operating and maintaining our Zund cutting machine to ensure precise and accurate cuts for various materials. We are seeking an individual with exceptional technical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering top-notch quality in every project. Responsibilities: - Prepare and set up the Zund cutting machine for production runs, ensuring all necessary tools, materials, and specifications are in order. - Program and upload design files into the Zund software, making adjustments to cutting parameters as needed. - Conduct thorough material inspections and measurements to guarantee precise and accurate cuts. - Operate the Zund machine, closely monitoring production progress, and making necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance and quality standards. - Maintain a keen eye for detail and quality in every task. - Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of the Zund machine, including blade changes, lubrication, and calibration, to ensure smooth operation and longevity. - Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues or machine errors that may occur during production. - Collaborate with the production team to prioritize workload, meet production targets, and ensure timely delivery of finished products. - Adhere to strict safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area. Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience operating Zund cutting machines or similar computer-controlled cutting systems. - Proficiency in Zund software, with the ability to program cutting paths, adjust parameters, and optimize material utilization. - Strong attention to detail, consistently producing precise and accurate cuts. - Ability to read and interpret design specifications, measurements, and technical drawings. - Mechanical aptitude and capability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the Zund machine. - Excellent organizational skills, able to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
