About Hope Homes – Timber House:

At Hope Homes – Timber House, we create a therapeutic environment focused on providing personalized care and support to residents aged 14 to 21. Our dedicated professionals play a crucial role in helping adolescents navigate challenges and empowering them to realize their full potential. We believe in the strength of a supportive and inclusive community.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support for up to five residents, including supervision, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments and activities.
• Contribute to developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for each resident.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and effective therapeutic care.
• Engage in staff meetings, training, and career development activities.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate resident records, including progress notes and incident reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a minimum of one year's experience providing direct care to youth in a behavioral health agency or institutional setting.
• High School diploma or equivalent candidates should demonstrate three (3) years' relevant experience.
• Minimum age requirement: 21 years.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Successful completion of Physical & Drug Screening, Criminal Record History, FBI, and Child Abuse History Clearances.
