Job Description
Basic Function
Responsible for providing comprehensive management of all activities for the Youth Program and performing program-related assignments as needed by the Youth Program Director.
Responsibilities
- Manage Youth Program and Youth Program staff.
- Assist with developing procedures and policies for operation of all Youth Programs.
- Facilitate documentation process and ensure program compliance.
- Maintains a support system for all Youth Program staff.
- Assists in recruiting, hiring, and training of new staff and volunteers.
- Assist in developing, administering and tracking budgets.
- Assists in preparing grants and proposals for supplemental funding.
- Facilitates disbursement of information approved by Youth Program Director.
- Collects data pertinent to effective planning and management.
- Supervise, manage, and evaluate site personnel.
- Creates partnerships to enhance programming and maintains relationships with funders and partners.
- Attends trainings and/or meetings, as required.
- Oversee operation of all sites.
- Completes reports, as required by City, County, and/or other funding agencies.
- Perform tasks pertinent to achieving goals and objectives required by Youth Program grant, or as deemed necessary by Program Director.

Education
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Services or related area.
Experience
Management and administrative experience, and previous experience working with youth in educational programs. Teaching experience, and experience working with diverse populations.
