Overview:
Secretary (Part time). Word for windows proficiency. Capability with excel spreadsheets. Various clerical tasks. You will be expected to dress for success (business attire) at a very professional office. Professional demeanor and communications skills, ability to write and compose basic business letters are important to us. We are flexible with hours and are willing to work with you to make a good schedule that will fit your needs. Salary commensurate with experience and skills.
Duties:
-maintain President’s newspaper clippings file
-Data input
-Filing Documents
-Compose and send Thank You Letters for non-profit client organizations.
Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
-Word for windows proficient.
-Excel spreadsheet basic skills.
-Basic office skills
Reception and phone answering (not very high traffic)
