Lighthouse Youth & Family Services has a Full-Time Case Manager position available for our KEYS program. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. KEYS to a Future Without Youth Homelessness (KEYS) is the comprehensive community plan to end youth homelessness, written by community stakeholders with leadership from Strategies to End Homelessness and Lighthouse Youth and Family Services.
Starting Hourly Rate: $19.04 and up.
Essential Functions:
- Collaborating with community partners serving community homeless youth 18-24 years old.
- Ensuring youth centered services are implanted across homeless services in Cincinnati and Hamilton County.
- Documenting required services for outcome and data management reporting.
- Identifying and providing alternative options to and ensure stable, permanent housing to avoid homelessness.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- BS in Social Work or related field preferred.
- Previous case management experience required.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills; organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must have dependable transportation, a valid driver’s license and up-to-date auto insurance
- Must be able to work occasional evenings to attend client meetings or group activities
