$2000 sign-on bonus for new employees!

Do you have a passion for supporting youth's mental health? So do we, join our multi-disciplinary Sonoma School Based Partnership(SSBP) Program and become a Youth and Family Engagement Facilitator. Our community-based programs are close-knit and enjoy team building events!

ABOUT SSBP PROGRAM

Sonoma's Seneca School Based Partnership (SSBP) Program works with local school districts to provide educationally related mental health services to youth with Individualized Education Plans (IEP). Our services are designed to be short-term and promote long-lasting success. These services, which are child and family focused and strength based, are provided in the office and community, including, but not limited to, schools, hospitals, and family homes
