Member Engagement Associate

Under the supervision of the Member Engagement Coordinator, the Member Engagement Associate must carry out all duties required, such as excellent customer service skills and consistently interacting in a friendly, positive, polite, professional, and appropriate manner. The ability to ask appropriate questions, listen to members' needs, and respond accurately and consistently is required. This position requires the ability to handle and complete multiple tasks promptly.
