Responsibilities Include:
- Be a great communicator who brings the most out of the coaches you work with
- Connect with various parks and rec departments to set up camp and after school programs
- Plan and execute youth sports programs that follow the Aviators curriculum and meet (and exceed!) our high quality standards
- Head up the sign-in and parent welcome procedures along with implementing safety protocols
- Typically lead instruction with a group of participants throughout the entirety of the program
- Commit to the full duration of assignments you agree to lead - You will be assigned to multiple classes that take place during afternoons, evenings, and weekends (typically only one weekend day per week)
- Set the tone for participants and coaches alike through your enthusiasm and energy!
Requirements: Must be 18 years old, have a valid driver's license and vehicle to drive to camps. Must pass a background check and have passion for sports. Preferred: Previous experience with coaching and/or childcare.
