If you are a caring and outgoing team player with leadership skills, The Country Club of Virginia is looking for you! The Youth department is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team which is focused on enriching the experiences of children ages 6 weeks – 12 years old.
Primary focus includes:
- Develop new and exciting activities
- Our on-site babysitting program and summer camp
- Hosting birthday parties and various other events for children and their families
Most of your time will be spent engaging with children through creative play and activities you have designed, which includes planning the details and then working with youth staff to implement them.
In this position, you will form positive relationships with children and their parents. It is a fun and fast-paced environment, so be ready!
Previous experience working with children is required. Flexibility in weekly schedule required. Availability on afternoons, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
