This is an amazing opportunity for individuals who are interested in helping youths, but do not have extensive experience in social services. On site training will be provided.
What you will be doing to make a difference:
- Spending time with and supervising 9 youths in a small home like environment
- Providing support and encouragement to youths
- Planning and participating in activities such as hiking, field trips, shopping that assists youths in learning life skills
- Assist youths with their service goals including homework help, coping skills and behavior management
- Acting as a positive role model to support youths' wellbeing

Valid MA driver's license with acceptable driving record

Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Child Development, or Teaching
