Position:Young Adult Outpatient Therapist - Substance Use & Mental Health Programming
Location: Darien, IL | Teen & Young Adult Outpatient Treatment Center
In this position you are making a significant and direct impact on a generation who are living with addiction, trauma, and mental health disorders -They need our support. Our programming is designed to meet clients where they are, and structure their care to be individualized to who they are as a person. We know there are no cookie cutter solutions, so beyond individual therapy we are also providing, group therapy with their peers, family therapy, transitional living options, and vocational/life skill development.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee treatment and care of Young Adults (ages 18-30) seeking treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders
- Running 3-hour clinical groups 3 times a week, and providing individual therapy for clients in programming
- Overseeing treatment plans and progress for designated case load
Schedule: Full Time | Monday to Friday | 4 Evenings Per Week (Mon-Thurs)
Compensation: $56,000-74,000 Annual Salary (salary determined by licensed experience)

Training & Experience:
- Clinical Licensure is preferred (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) / Provisional Licenses will also be considered (LPC, LSW, ALMFT)
- Previous experience with substance abuse treatment is required; preferred experience with a treatment facility in the detox, or residential setting.
