Responsibilities:

• As a Wound Care Provider, you will have the flexibility to work part-time, with the potential to transition into a full-time role as we grow our case load.
• You will be responsible for providing high-quality Wound Care services to patients, ensuring optimal treatment and management of their wounds.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive Wound Care plans, tailored to each patient's needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments, document patient progress, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring patient safety and confidentiality.
• Continuously update your knowledge and skills in Wound Care through professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of experience in Wound Care, preferably in-home care, long-term care, or short-term care settings.
• Active and clean license to treat Wound Care patients as a Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Wound Care Certifications are preferable, demonstrating a strong foundation in wound assessment, treatment, and management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and creating positive patient experiences.
