Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant Wound Care

Are you off Thursday mornings From 7 - 1 PM? Must be every Thursday.

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team and provide Wound Care services to our patients who reside at skilled nursing facilities 1-2 days a week. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating wounds, educating patients on Wound Care, and providing referrals to specialists when necessary. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care, excellent communication skills, and experience in Wound Care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic wounds.
• Educate patients and families on Wound Care.
• Perform wound debridement.
• Prescribe medications as needed.
• Document patient information in the medical record.
• Provide Wound Care education to other healthcare providers.
• Maintain current knowledge of Wound Care treatments and products.

Job Types: Part-time, Local contract, Permanent

Pay: $140.00 - $210.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 4 per week
