M-F 8am-5pm pst

Our leading Computer and Network Security client is hiring a workplace Services Coordinator to join their Real Estate and Workplace Services team at their headquarters in Sunnyvale, CA.
In this role, the primary goal is to provide a great workplace experience where all employees can operate efficiently and effectively in a clean, safe and fun environment.
Job Duties:
- Uphold the brand and culture - you are the first and last point of contact guests have
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Greet and welcome employees, candidates, and guests warmly and be attentive to their needs while following security procedures - provide a great first impression
- Receive, sort and distribute all incoming packages and mail. Assist with outgoing mail.
- Ensure reception area is kept tidy, free of clutter, and is welcoming for all employees, candidates, and guests
- Take and relay messages and forwards to appropriate personnel or department such as slack or ticket requests.
- Oversee subcontractors/outside vendors involved in building/Workplace Services activities like cleaning, meeting room servicing, car wash, chair massage, EV charging, event planning, security, catering and office supplies.
- Submit weekly expense report for the Real Estate & Workplace Services Department
- Collaborate with IT and People Operations in updating site/cube maps and employee onboarding/offboarding protocols (conduct new hire orientation, desk set-up, employee badging, business cards, etc)
- Responsible for the coordination and execution of small workplace projects that may include people moves, tenant improvements, maintenance, repairs, etc.
- Maintains security awareness and report any security issues to Head of Real Estate & Workplace Services
- Other duties as assigned by Head of Real Estate & Workplace Services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance or Accounting fields preferred.
- Can do attitude
