Job Description:
As a Work from Home Insurance Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our remote sales team. Your primary responsibilities will involve building and maintaining client relationships, assessing insurance needs, and offering tailored insurance solutions. This role offers the flexibility to Work from Home while still contributing to our mission of providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and financial situations.
- Educating clients about different insurance products and coverage options.
- Customizing insurance plans to suit clients' specific requirements.
- Quoting and selling insurance policies, including life and health insurance.
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Generating leads through various sales strategies networking, and referrals or participating in our in-house lead generation system.
- Meeting and exceeding personal targets and revenue goals.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
- Collaborating with team members and management to optimize sales strategies.
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
- Attend weekly training calls.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation abilities.(preferred but not required, as we provide training).
- Self-motivated and results-driven and ability to work independently.
- Insurance industry experience or relevant licenses (preferred but not required, as we provide training).
- Proficiency in using computer applications and software.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
