Inbound Sales Representative
Orientation: January 11th, 2024, 10a EST
Training starts: January 15th, 2024
Training Hours: 11:30a-8p EST 3 weeks
Production Hours: Monday –Friday 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. EST
Schedule: Based on business need between 9a-8p EST M-F
Potential for some weekend Either Saturday or Sunday
Location: Work at Home
About The Inbound Sales Representative:
The Inbound Sales Representative will convert inbound calls into sales. Our agents will answer an incoming call from a new appliance buyer to register their manufacturer warranty which opens the discussion to “upsell” them to our client's warranty, which their manufacturer's warranty will not cover. The sales agent then also attempts to sell the warranty products to the customer’s other appliances in the house.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls, register appliance registrations, and upsell customer on appliance extended warranty.
Ability to clearly promote, convey benefits and sell client product(s)
Establish, develop, and maintain positive rapport with customer
Ability to probe and discover customer needs to then propose product offer that meets customer’s needs
