The Associate Analyst, IT Wireless Services is responsible for procurement, deployment, and management of wireless devices. The analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting wireless issues and working with respective vendors to ensure products and services meet company standards. This position will also be responsible for reporting as needed, to include but not limited to, usage and various device management reporting. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Procurement and Contracts Administration:

  • Assists with the ordering of materials and supplies from vendors, reviews and helps with analysis of asset purchases.
  • Performs research, conducts interviews, and creates purchase orders for the acquisition of materials.
  • Participates in and documents supplier negotiations.
  • Creates simple POs, assists with complex PO development under supervision.
  • Assists with contract negotiations and contract administration for a small number of standard contracts in a single assigned category. (Contracts are non-complex and composed of standard elements. May support portions of more complex contract negotiations.)

 

Vendor Management:

  • Starts to build and maintain relationships with preferred hardware and software vendors, assists with periodic vendor performance review for continuous improvement.
  • Assists with the maintenance of processes, policies, systems, and activities required for the management of vendor relationships.

 

Financial Management:

  • Performs relatively straightforward historical analyses to support end to end processes in alignment with Finance and IT functions.
  • Compiles and updates short term and long-range forecasts using multiple inputs and assumptions to reflect changes in business strategies and business intelligence.
  • Provides trend analysis on financial data and operating performance.
  • Interprets and summarizes findings.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
  • 0-2 years relevant work experience.
  • Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

In addition to the base wage listed, this position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus subject to changes in plan design and documents and in accordance with applicable law. Eligibility and the amount of the bonus varies based on overall company success, thresholds met and other terms and conditions of the Company's active bonus policy for the respective year.
