What we’re looking for

The Tactical Procurement Team within Indirect Procurement Shared Services [IPSS] is responsible for supplementing the IPSS Strategic Sourcing Groups by performing any tasks that are identified and deemed as “’Tactical” work. These tasks include but are not limited to the following: Performing simple benchmarking activities, processing low spend/low complexity Procurement Requisitions (PRs), assisting with PR/PO issuance and operations tasks, assisting with simple amendments, processing NDA requests, completing Purchase Order revisions and maintenance, etc.

This role is a fast-paced, high-volume workload that supports operations sourcing including Advertising/Marketing, Dealer Marketing, Professional Services, IT and other commodities. It also serves as a resource to the two contingent resources in terms of training and ensuring learning and training resources are consistently updated.

What you’ll be doing

• Assist with processing high volume, low risk, and spend Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP Ariba & DocuSign systems via the following tasks:
• Confirm rates in contracts/agreements/amendments;
• Determine whether or not signatures are required on documents;
• Research PRs and POs to determine next steps and potential issues;
• Supplier interactions: send templates and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to suppliers and facilitate redline reviews for Legal Team;
• Ensure documentation matches PR in Ariba cart;
• Ensure completion of PR tasks toward PO issuance (where applicable)
• Invite Suppliers to register in Ariba and see through to completion
• Process Mutual and Non-Mutual NDAs
• Partner with Contracts Group throughout the process to ensure all detail to complete the PR request is satisfied.
• Participate in weekly team meetings and 1:1 with the manager
• Update learning resources & process operational procedures
• Process PO Close Requests in Ariba and Accounts Payable manually and via a BoT

What you bring

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of relevant work experience (in a similar field and/or industry)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Products (Specifically Word & Excel)

Added bonus if you have

• Knowledge of SAP Ariba
• Knowledge of DocuSign
• Solid understanding of procure to pay Procurement Process (supplier onboarding through contract execution & PO issuance)
