Qualified applicants should have a minimum of one year of experience in guest services or hospitality-related role.

- Experience with reservation software
- Ability to manage reservations for multiple departments
- Patient and friendly with demonstrated experience in problem-solving
- Ability to ensure guest satisfaction
- Professional communication skills, including verbal and written
- Professional appearance
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
This position requires work on weekends and holidays, as well as occasional night shifts and winery events.
A background check and drug screening will be required prior to employment.
