Customer Service Concierge

Summary: Seeking a Customer Service Concierge responsible for ensuring optimal customer experience, coordinating customer requests, and maintaining customer preference data.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 3 years in Customer Service or relative administrative role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

• Experience with multiline telephone

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge through the local airport authority (if applicable)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure Customer Business Center is clean and organized

• Provide excellent customer coordination services

• Follow proper phone procedures and etiquette

• Stock and maintain cleanliness of refreshment area

• Greet customers consistently in a friendly manner

• Assist customers with reservations for transportation, lodging, meals etc.

• Offer information on local attractions, restaurants and events

• Oversee utilization of courtesy car per approved standard operating procedure

• Track flights via FlightAware FBO Toolbox; including inbound and departing customers

• Maintain Salesforce customer preferences data

• Update visitor log input in customer preference database

• Process purchase orders and internal/external payments

• Facilitate initial and recurring training of employees in the Concierge position.

 

 

 

 

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
