The HR Concierge Service Coordinator provides human resources operational support for assigned colleges, divisions, and departments acting as a collaborative and supportive HR business partner delivering exceptional transactional service and support.
The HR Concierge Service Coordinator will work closely with assigned units to understand their human resource needs, challenges and business cycles proactively addressing processing requests and looking for opportunities to streamline transactional work in fulfillment of the unit service agreement.
The HR Concierge Service Coordinator will intake human resource requests and process them through completion coordinating with other centers of excellence as needed. The HR Concierge Service Coordinator will support the HR Service Center Manager in monitoring service level agreements for assigned college/department(s) to ensure quality service and customer value.
Primary Responsibilities:
Administrative: 60%
- Create business service portfolios for participating colleges/departments
- Collaborate with assigned college/department on a regular basis reviewing support services and updating the business portoflio of work as needed
- Perform HR transactional work for assigned college/department ensuring adherence to college/department specifications and in alignment with service level agreements and center of excellence best practices
- Provide expert HR assistance for incoming customer inquiries and service requests meeting all service level agreement standards and college/department portfolio requirements
- Process data entry for new hire requests, recruitment logistics, position and salary changes, and other work as assigned by the college/department or University Human Resources monitoring and assuring HRIM and data complilance standards
- Monitor and review source documents and required approvals utilizing HRNow case management system or other shared collaborative spaces as required
- Keep up to date with all HR processes and HR best practices and data entry requirements as it relates to both University Human Resources and participating college/department standards
Communication and Quality Assurance – 40%
- In collaboration with the HR Service Center Manager develop business portfolios for each college/department that will become the source document for customer business cycles and specific human resource processing requirements.
- Manage files and documents with confidentiality and strict adherence to document storage requirements and data security
- Monitor status of transactions and update college/department during each step of the process to assure transparency.
- Meet monthly with assigned customers to discuss current service level, opportunities and challenges
- Work in collaboration with the HR Service Center Manager in providing service level metric reporting to customer units.
Bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

At least 1 year experience in Human Resources.Experience working with HRIS systems including PeopleSoft, PeopleAdmin or other related ATS systems, experience working in higher education.
Experience working with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
