Job Description
A3 Technology, Inc. is seeking a Windows/Linux Systems Administrator and/or Active Directory Administrator to join our current hardware team in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. This position is responsible for maintaining and improving all Windows and Linux application servers within the Remote Monitoring and Logging System (RMLS).
Essential Job Functions:
- Build, configure, maintain and troubleshoot Widows/Linux servers.
- Build, configure, maintain and troubleshoot IIS, FTP and SFTP servers.
- Windows Patch administration.
- Install, configure and maintain Domain Accounts, Group Policy, DNS, backups and replication.
- Monitor and develop custom monitoring components.
- Deploy and update software.
- Implement security measures and basic testing.
- Document installation and test procedures using version control software.
- Occasionally offer support to other team members in resolving complex issues within the system and/or providing expert guidance on best practices, as well as document and test solutions.
- Occasionally travel to support hardware installation.
- After hours install and support may be needed.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required:
- Windows server administration.
- RHEL based Linux kernels.
- Shell scripting.
- Configure IIS/Apache web servers.
- Windows Patch administration.
- Implement, administer and troubleshoot servers.
- Excellent writing and verbal skills.
- Excellent customer relations skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- US Citizenship or documented proof of eligibility to work in the US is required.
- Upon conditional offer of employment candidates will be subject to a Government investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to obtain Government clearance.
- Verification of past employment, verification of education and references are also required.

Education:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Math or a Bachelor’s degree in another technical field with a minimum of thirty (30) semester hours in a combination of Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science and (15) years of related work experience in a Computer Science or Math field OR
- Master’s Degree in any field of study with a minimum of thirty (30) semester hours of either undergraduate or graduate study in a combination of Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science and (12) years related work experience in a Computer Science or Math field.
