We are seeking an experienced window Washing and Pressure Washing Technician to join our team.
Paid training is available but experience is a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Window Washing (height to make of 4 stories).
- Operate and maintain Pressure Washing equipment
- Clean and maintain a variety of exterior surfaces, including buildings, sidewalks, and parking garages
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Keep accurate records of all cleaning activities
- Communicate with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the cleaning services provided
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Window Washing techniques, equipment and cleaning solutions
- Knowledge of Pressure Washing techniques, equipment and cleaning solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed (not often)
