Your Role:

• Kick off each shift ready to go, whether that means a coffee boost or a moment to get in the zone.
• Follow a pre-determined route in a company truck to various power washing sites.
• Engage in high-quality cleaning tasks, including public spaces, commercial exteriors, and areas impacted by the unhoused. The work is impactful but not always glamorous.
• Aim to exceed expectations and wow every client with your professionalism and positive attitude (Michael Bolton tunes can wait until after work).
