PreshClean is currently looking to hire a full-time technician who will undergo training to become head of our field operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform exterior cleaning tasks such as Pressure Washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and soft washing according to company standards and procedures
• Ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working condition
• Safely operate company vehicles and equipment during service calls
• Communicate effectively with customers to address any questions or concerns and provide exceptional service
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including job details, time spent, and any materials used
• Assist in the training and mentoring of new team members as needed
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to minimize risks and accidents
• Identify and report any issues or maintenance needs to management promptly
• Follow established schedules and routes to complete jobs efficiently
• Represent PreshClean Exterior Cleaning in a professional manner at all times, upholding our reputation for quality and reliability

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in exterior cleaning or related field preferred
• Ability to operate Pressure Washing equipment, ladders, and other tools safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and team members
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Punctuality and reliability in adhering to schedules and completing assigned tasks
• Willingness to undergo training and follow company procedures and safety protocols
• Positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications [not deal breakers]:

• Previous experience in labor intensive jobs
• Ability to think critically
• Leadership skills and ability to train and supervise others

Salary and Benefits:

• Starting $23/hour
• Opportunity for advancement to salaried position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
