This job is performance based pay! If you have always outperformed your colleagues this may be the job for you! You will earn more per hour the more efficiently you work! Instead of making a set dollar per hour, you make a percentage of the revenue your truck generates! Our team normally averages between $23-$45 an hr. Other aspects of the compensation package include:

Here's what you'll Do!

• Operate our “high powered squirt guns” to make homes and businesses shine! Trust us, you’ve NEVER used a power washer like the ones we have…
• Engage with our awesome customers and enjoy their reactions when they see their property getting cleaned up
• Work with another team member, forming a dynamic duo of cleaning awesomeness
• Develop your skills in exterior cleaning, customer service, and leadership with our ongoing training program.

We are looking for people that are:

• Reliable
• Can Communicate clearly with older or high end clientele

The duties associated with this position include:

• Prepare your trucks for the day (we have tons of checklists to make things easy)
• Get to your appointments on time daily (if not call your customer)
• Perform the services we offer efficiently delivering quality (you will receive hands on training)
• Must be able to climb roofs with proper safety gear (not afraid of heights)
• Must be able to work outside in weather (no high wind or snow)
• Communicating closely with our sales and operations teams to keep things running smooth

You will be given uniforms, arrive in wrapped trucks with high quality equipment, and so we look very professional in front of our customers (this sets us apart). We greet our customers upon arrival, perform the services, and give them a walk around to ensure they are 100% happy, and collect payment. This is what a successful day looks like!

Again you must be extremely comfortable being on roofs!
