Essential Functions*:
- Assist in the development of marketing plans and production plans.
- Compile data for input into departmental strategic and operating plans.
- Lead proposal efforts, including some technical writing, evaluating competition, and gathering competitive pricing.
- Negotiate contractual matters relating to pricing, schedule, terms and conditions, financial documents, etc.
- Conduct order service activities of receiving, processing, entering, acknowledging, licensing, expediting, and invoicing customer orders or contracts.
- Ensure excellent Winchester customer service by monitoring customer needs and coordinating communications between customers, agents, managers, and various other Winchester departments and outside agencies.
- Lead or participate in Integrated Production Team (IPT) and Program Management Review (PMR) Meetings with the Government and address concerns related to the contract.
- Ensure that all business activity is conducted in compliance with U.S. and Foreign Government laws and regulations and compliance with Olin's Policies and Procedures.
Position Requirements*:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree** in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum two years' recent related customer service experience.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; SAP experience preferred.
- Must possess excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation, problem-solving, and organization skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workload, shift demands, work independently, and willingness to be collaborative and support team efforts.
- Some travel required (approximately 5%).
- This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls, if required.
