KeyJobDescription: The role is responsible for Fufeng's Customer Service, responsible for North, Central and South America logistic and Customer Service management.
KeyResponsibilities：
- Responsible for the management of local logistic and products delivery operation;
- Responsible for establishing and operating management systems required for company operations and supervising the efficient operation of the system;
- Establish a sales file and management system, and standardize the management of various documents;
- Support Sales Order process and Customer service;
Requirement for the Job:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Proficiency with more than 5 years of management experience. Familiar with basic regulation and procedures for company establishment and operation, and know basic financial and taxation systems.
- Be familiar with the import and export business process; understand each link in the logistics business chain; and be familiar with the important nodes in the shipping line, custom clear and local delivery, etc.
- Proficiency in using office software.
- Proficiency in writing and speaking in English and Mandarin is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
