With presence that extends to over 1,500 specialty boutiques across all 50 states, encompassing both physical retail locations and online store. Nestled in downtown Dallas is our flagship store, the heart of our operations. COMPENSATION: $50,000 - $60,000 / annually + Commissions
Available Shift: Normal Business Hours (Monday - Friday).
Worksite Location: Fully Remote - Travel: 30%

WHAT WOULD THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As a Full-Time Account Manager, you would be responsible for:
- Managing, servicing, and cultivating relationships with current retail accounts within the designated territory.
- Researching, targeting, and securing relationships with new/targeted wholesale accounts within the assigned territory.
- Visiting the brand's regional accounts, conducting in-store clinics, driving sales-specific promotions, and participating in merchandising meetings to educate retailers and employees on the brand and products.
- Planning and overseeing logistics, travel, and sales coordination for the brand's regional and national tradeshow schedule.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE REQUIRE?
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 2+ years of retail or Wholesale Sales experience.
- Demonstrated creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Thorough understanding of retail, sales rep management, and servicing accounts.
- Experience handling mid-majors is ideal but not required.
- Excellent (and swift) writing skills with acute attention to detail.
- Scrappy enthusiasm – the confidence and determination to seek creative solutions to every presented problem.
- Collaborative spirit – embracing the philosophy that no idea is a bad idea and placing a high value on teamwork and trust within the team.
