Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the Mass Market Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to enhance team effectiveness.
Channel Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to expand market reach and drive customer acquisition.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance distribution channels and increase sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Digital Marketing:
- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Utilize data analytics and market insights to optimize digital marketing efforts and improve customer engagement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in digital marketing strategies.
Cost-to-Acquire Management:
- Monitor and analyze the cost-to-acquire metrics to ensure efficient allocation of resources and budget optimization.
- Implement strategies to reduce customer acquisition costs while maintaining high-quality leads.
- Collaborate with finance and analytics teams to develop and refine cost-effective sales and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales leadership with a focus on channel sales and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of cost-to-acquire metrics and experience in optimizing acquisition costs.
- Demonstrated success in leading high-performance sales teams and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with the energy industry and a passion for sustainable solutions is desirable.
