Job Summary
Familiarity with daily data collection and analysis across multiple disciplines including Drilling, Completions, and Production operations. Understanding of the historical data analytics that may be required for different departments to facilitate and create meaningful lookback report templates and queries in order to improve future operations. Extensive knowledge of the Wellview Allez 12 reporting software including: custom report creation and manipulation on an as needed basis, ability to communicate and trouble shoot real time issues with on-site personnel, and work at a high level within AdminView for table and field manipulation.
Major Responsibilities
- Assist in data entry and QA/QC in Wellview Allez 12 platform.
- Create various KPI and lookback report templates for departmental needs.
- Create visualization templates for data analysis as required.
- Assist with training and real time technical assistance for office and field personnel when needed.
- Assist supervisors/management with various projects as needed.
- Provide backup for departmental admins when necessary.
- Support complex Drilling, Completions or Production/Intervention Operations with technical data queries, data management and tracking of ongoing operations.
- Offset well research, hole phase analysis, materials and related cost management, cost tracking, non-productive time research, technical presentations, well process planning, drilling program development, safety initiatives, and special projects.
- Provide support for the implementation and improvement of Wellview Allez 12
- Interpretation of Wellview data including data quality review and control, well trend analysis and audits of unscheduled well event time and benchmarking surveys.
- Become competent in Mewbourne standard operating procedures to standardize activity codes, streamline reporting requirements, review rig activity codes for accuracy & consistency, notify the operating rigs of coding corrections and highlight common mistakes.
- Strive for coordinating standardization among departments and districts.
- Maintain ARD email distribution lists for departments and districts as required.
- Travel to district offices for training or assistance may be required.
- Assistance within the office or remotely via phone and/or session sharing within the Wellview Allez 12 platform.
Education/Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field -or-
- 2-5 years’ industry experience with Wellview, including Admin experience
