Job Description

The goal of the Sales Consultant is to qualify new guests into the wellness center, cultivate prospective new guests, and up sell memberships to existing guests. This position relies on the critical thinking skills and independent judgment of the Sales Consultant to qualify and disqualify prospects as candidates for all services within the Wellness Center based on their history, symptoms and needs and presenting value of multi-year memberships.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Create relationships with prospective guests through individual consultations
  • Use critical thinking and professional judgment to determine whether a prospective guest has appropriate symptoms, needs and outlook to become guests
  • When qualified, schedule guests/members for appropriate treatment plans in our Wellness Center
  • Generate appropriate follow up communication with prospective guests and members for multi-year membership opportunities
  • Use Salesforce program to manage guest relationships (Working knowledge of Salesforce is REQUIRED, must be willing and able to learn additional, essential guest onboarding platforms)
  • Attend symposiums or seminars to promote HHWC services (both within and after hours as required - estimate no more than once per month for outside working hours)
  • Refer prospects to our other Hotze Enterprise businesses (Hotze Vitamins and Hotze Pharmacy) when appropriate

Subject Matter Expertise and Continuous Learning

  • Listening and learning to/from recorded calls
  • Consultative sales process
  • HHWC treatment regimens and services and ongoing membership program
  • Garner sales expertise in any/all additional services offered at Hotze Enterprises that can be sold through NG department (i.e. Treatment Programs, Hotze Restorative Protocol, Nutrition Program, Vitamin and Mineral Supplementation, IV Options, Aesthetics, etc.)
  • Salesforce (Working Knowledge/Expertise preferred)
  • Knowledge of or adaptability to learn Sales and Medical Scheduling Platforms (i.e. Salesforce, ECW / Telephone Encounters, etc.)
  • Role play consultations
  • Uncovering and consulting prospects ("hunting"/prospecting is part of the position requirement in addition to answering incoming sales)
  • Generate sales through properly screened consultations and membership presentations
  • Meet/Exceed required quota of 25 > new guest seen and/or $100,000 in sales per month
  • Ensure proper utilization of Program Packages (i.e. over 30 years of age Gold Package, etc.)
  • Perform follow up calls and conduct membership presentations
  • Prospect for 2+ hours every day
    • Outbound calling leads/follow up
    • Social Media/Web, Text and Email Platform canvassing for quality leads and taking outreach action
