Job Summary: The Sales Consultant is responsible for the sale of services and products offered and achieving personal sales quotas, thus supporting the Practice in meeting its established sales goals and objectives.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Three or more years of sales experience in aesthetic practices such as Medspa, Plastic Surgery Clinic, Cosmetic Surgery Clinic, and Aesthetic Clinics.
- Fluent in English & Spanish.

Essential Functions:
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Directly responsible for the following metrics: number of consultations conducted, number of consults closed, number of lead calls conducted, sales per consult sold.
- Continually work on your sales skills, including building instant rapport, client needs assessment, feature and benefits presentation, overcoming objections, and closing skills.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the features and benefits for all services and products offered.
- Know and use all established sales scripts and presentations.
- Build client partnerships by appropriately matching client needs to the various services and products the Practice offers and educating the client on how they will receive the most benefits at the best possibly price.
- Learn all current promotions and offer them to new and existing clients to stimulate sales during the promotional period.
- Generate leads with community involvement, distribution of promotional materials, and by building corporate/business partnerships for the Practice.
- Track how all leads and clients have heard about the Practice on the Lead Tracker and Sales Agreement.
- Capture all leads: walk-ins and call-ins on the Lead Tracker form.
- Maintain the Practice Lead Tracking System.
- Assist ownership with the development of the bi-monthly marketing and promotions calendar. Manage placement of all budgeted marketing and promotional efforts.
- Maintain and update all social networking sites.
- Write and distribute email broadcasts.
- Follow-up on all leads as identified in the Practice Lead Tracking System.
- Monitor and track your personal sales performance and sales activities and report on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Conduct confirmation calls and post-treatment consultations, utilizing them as upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Assist the front desk with their day-to-day activities on an as-needed basis.
- Always consult with clinical staff on proper treatment protocol for various skin types and medical conditions.
- Attend training seminars as required.

Facility Cleanliness
- Cleanliness is a priority to everyone. Minor cleanups should be completed on the spot, whereas more serious cleanups should be reported immediately.

- Safety is every employee’s responsibility. All employees are expected to report any unsafe conditions of any nature, either within the facility or on the property, to management.
If a condition exists that is a potential immediate hazard to clients or fellow employees, secure the area from use and report the hazard to management immediately.

Education/Training:
- Degree: Four-year college degree
- Experience: Three years prior related experience required

Pay: $40,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
