Wellness Registered Nurse

Formula Wellness is hiring wellness registered nurses (RNs) for several of their Dallas-area offices. As a wellness RN at Formula Wellness Center, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and supporting individuals on their journey to achieve optimal health and well-being.

Formula Wellness Center is more than just a medical practice. Formula Wellness is a comprehensive program that includes thorough on-site medical testing, customized workout and wellness solutions, as well as supplements, injections, detoxifying IV infusions, and bioidentical hormone therapy designed to refresh and energize your body.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Associate degree in nursing (required).
• Current unrestricted Texas Registered Nurse license (required).
• At least 2 years of nursing experience (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience with basic IV procedures (preferred).

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Commitment to high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, positive team environment.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Advanced IV skills.
• Strong understanding of nutritional principles, exercise physiology, and hormonal balance.
• Comprehensive nursing assessment skills.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as medication dosages, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of developments in wellness and healthcare.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performing clinical assessments.
• Developing and providing weight-loss guidance and hormone therapy programs.
• Monitoring and evaluating patient progress and adjusting plans as needed.
• Conducting blood draws, initiating and overseeing IV therapy, and administering IM injections.
• Performing various medical tests such as EKGs (electrocardiograms), RMRs (resting metabolic rate assessments), and body composition scans to assess client health and wellness accurately.
• Educating patients on treatments; answering questions and concerns.
• Collaborating and communicating with various teams to coordinate patient care.
• Additional clinical tasks as required.

The base salary range for this position is $35-40/hr, dependent upon skills and experience.
