Welder Fabricator

To support these projects and continue seeking out new opportunities, we are looking for talented people to join the firm and collaborate with our wonderful clients, partners and teams. We currently have an opportunity in our master welder position.

About the Position…

- 10 years experience welding and fabricating minimum. 
- Be personable and professional
- Possess coachable mindset and problem solving skills
- Must pass a drug screening test
- Possess a valid CA issued driver’s license
- Be positive, disciplined, and motivated
-The Welder Fabricator is a key player in our company responsible for fabricating our architectural steel windows and door projects.
-Must be coachable to the direction of our Lead Welder, and to understand and interpret production drawings and shop orders.
-4+ Years of Experience with MIG welding.
-Fine attention to detail and artisan craftsmanship with less than a 5% error rate, and can work with minimal supervision.
-Ideal experience with windows and doors.

Your Background…
-Measurement skills needed to measure up to 1/32 of an inch.
-Need to pass OSHA welding test.
-Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control.
-Good math skills.-Education requirements: GED preferred
-Physical demands: lifting material up to 30-50 lbs required to move materials around the shop
-Environment: Subject to loud noise and hazards of moving parts, vehicles, electricity, chemicals and high heat
