Job Title: Welder

Location: Nashua, NH

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6 am - 2 pm

Position Overview:

As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in our production process, utilizing your expertise in welding techniques to fabricate high-quality components. We value diversity and inclusivity and encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience performing TIG and MIG welding
• Operate welding equipment to fabricate products according to specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and guidelines to plan layout and procedures, demonstrating proficiency in welding symbols and concepts.
• Determine appropriate welding techniques based on materials and specifications.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and compliance with all safety protocols.
• Fabricate components by cleaning, preparing, cutting, burning, and welding pieces.
• Inspect and test welds to verify quality and adherence to standards.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and may assist less-experienced team members.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and customer prints.
• Proficiency in operating welding equipment.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Ability to follow written work instructions and communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with sheet metal measuring tools is advantageous.
• Must be able to follow verbal directions.
