Job description

At Qualia, we've built the leading B2B real estate technology that transforms the home buying and selling experience into a simple, secure, and enjoyable process. Our SMB and Enterprise products bring together users from across the real estate ecosystem-homebuyers and sellers, lenders, title and escrow agents, and real estate agents-onto a single shared digital closing platform, providing greater clarity and transparency to real estate transactions. Today, through our business customers across the country, millions of consumers use Qualia to close on homes every year.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Qualia is on a mission to make homebuying a simple, secure, and enjoyable experience for everyone, and the company has grown rapidly through both new account acquisition and expansion via additional products and audiences. As Qualia continues to grow its market share in existing and new categories, the Director of Demand Generation (DG) will own Qualia's Demand Generation strategy, planning, and execution. This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing team and make a huge impact in a hyper-growth company at scale.

We are looking for a results-oriented and data-driven leader with a proven track record scaling B2B software companies. This individual will be responsible for driving efficient and rapid growth across multiple products and segments. The Director will set growth strategies, lead directly and cross-functionally, and manage execution across a variety of tactics and channels, including but not limited to email, paid digital channels, affiliate and content syndication, social media, direct mail, and more. The ideal candidate will know how to drive awareness and engagement throughout the buyer lifecycle for SMB through Enterprise customers and should thrive in a dynamic environment where they can also be hands-on.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a high-performing Demand Generation team to grow multiple products targeting SMB through Enterprise accounts
  • Define and manage Qualia's Demand Generation strategy, plan, execution, and metrics, including delivering impactful multichannel campaigns and programs
  • Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and engagement, and pipeline generation
  • Own metrics and reporting for digital and offline programs, including lead generation, lead conversion, pipeline contribution, and awareness metrics
  • Build integrated plans by partnering with other marketing and GTM functions, including field marketing, product & content marketing, sales & sales development, business development & partnerships, and marketing operations
  • Define and execute programs and tactics to support ABM initiatives
  • Keep current with and implement the latest best practices across digital marketing and Demand Generation

YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH

  • 10+ years of Demand Generation and/or marketing experience in B2B SaaS
  • 4+ years experience building or leading a team of high-performing individual contributors
  • Experience identifying and managing the right portfolio of agencies
  • Strong analytical skills, and proven track record driving growth and improving performance
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both at the executive level and with cross-functional peers
  • Strong presentation, problem-solving, and budget management skills
  • Experience in the real estate, mortgage, or fintech industry is a plus (but not required)

California and Colorado Applicants: This role has a base annual salary of $185,000-$225,000 plus a competitive equity and benefits package. (Salary to be determined by relevant experience, location, knowledge, and skills of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)

WHY QUALIA

Qualia is made up of incredibly bright, mission-driven coworkers who are passionate about using technology to solve real-world problems-and we're growing quickly. To continue building an engaging and dynamic organization, we're committed to giving everyone the support they need to do great work.
