Weekend Receptionist

Serene Gardens of Sterling Heights Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking an organized, mature individual with the ability to multitask and work in a high volume office. Having excellent customer service and people skills is a must. The duties of the position will be very diverse and the applicant should be open to performing all support tasks associated with a health care community.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet Families, Vendors at check-in
• Assist staff with patient care, mealtime needs, or transport
• Prior authorizations with families
• Answer calls and forwarding
• Passing out packages and mail received
• Complete forms
• Assist in checkout/in
• Verify insurance and other demographic information
• File and maintain resident records
• any other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate for this position should be a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to pay attention to detail in a high volume office.
