Weekend Production Associates
Department: Stave
- WORK 36 HOURS, PAID FOR 40 HOURS
- 12-hour shifts, Friday-Sunday
Job Summary:
We are hiring Production Workers for our Stave department. The Weekend Production Associates will be responsible for working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment during the weekend shift. They will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and meeting production quotas. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment and be able to work efficiently in a team setting.
- Pay starts at $17.00/hour.
- The average production role earns $22-$25 an hour within the first 60 days
- Non-production roles will have quarterly evaluations opportunities to earn additional raises during their first year.

Key Responsibilities of a Production Associate:
- Operate machinery and equipment to produce products.
- Assemble products according to specifications.
- Ensure that production quotas are met
- Perform quality control checks on products.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications of a Production Associate:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a team setting.
