Production Associate 2Nd

The Production Associate position is an entry-level position for the manufacturing of hardwood flooring. This position takes direction from the Line Supervisor. You should have the ability to work in hot/cold conditions inside the factory. This position is responsible for the production and packaging of the product including lifting up to 30-60 lbs. in a safe, fast paced and efficient manner by following standardized work and job instructions. Strong attention to detail and excellent eye/hand coordination in a timely and effective manner in accordance to the clients established procedures.
