As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate department - Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications - Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism - Maintain a clean and organized Front Desk area - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations - Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and calendar management - Assist with event planning and coordination Skills: - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in project coordination or event planning is a plus - Familiarity with order entry systems is preferred - Previous experience in a dental office or similar healthcare setting is advantageous Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and contribute to creating a welcoming environment for our guests.
