Responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of fulfillment for the website. This is an opportunity to help improve the processes in the fulfillment department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all aspects of the fulfillment department to ensure orders are being processed and shipped to meet deadlines
- Manage day to day fulfillment department operations including:
- Placing orders
- Vendor/store follow up
- EDI tracking, onboarding vendors, communication
- Receiving invoices
- Sub-inventory transfers
- Picking/Packing
- Shipping
- Maintain and organize website physical inventory
- Re-rings, returns, refunds, etc
- Logging Amazon Pay and Klarna transactions
- Apple Pay refunds thru Braintree
- All Google and Amazon Pay refunds thru respective platforms
- Inventory tallies
- Create skus when necessary
- Responsible for reviewing potential fraudulent ecommerce orders and reporting to Sales Manager for vetting
- Assist Ecommerce Manager with miscellaneous tasks
- Responsible for documenting, administrating, and maintaining policies, procedures and quality standards including web standard policies and procedures
- Updating all current training for new website
- Develop and retain an internal staff
- Research ways to improve and make processes more efficient
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the management of the Website Fulfillment team

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to communicate easily
- Ability to be proactive
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel
- Experience in Oracle ERP preferred

Flexibility and adaptability to ever-changing issues is key to this position along with interpersonal skills
