Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead the management of websites to build engagement with stakeholders, community members and alumni to deliver against business objectives
Oversee web designs in collaboration with internal stakeholders (marketing, business, sales, IT)
Own web requests/intake and partner with IT to develop new features and functions on the site
Create tickets and test IT enhancements
Build and maintain web pages in the website CMS
Create and maintain Google Analytics reports
Communicate website insights with leadership on a monthly and ad-hoc basis
Create efficient processes and demonstrate effective project management
Proactively provide insights and recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelors’ degree in Web Development/Design, Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years digital marketing & website development/management
- Strong digital analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Webtrends, Coremetrics) and metric skills required
- Excellent project management skills required
- Strong communication and presentation skills required
- Strong teaming and collaboration skills required
- Experience with HTML and CSS and other coding languages
- Familiarity with agile methodology a plus
- UX designer with extensive experience in digital website media platforms, mobile app development, and more, with particular strengths in creating web-friendly UX designs for the masses, leadership methodologies, and team building for performance
- Experienced in HCD (human-centered design), stakeholder management, client relations, hosting workshops, interviewing, surveys, analyzing/synthesizing data, building KPIS, advising clients on product strategy, and simplifying complex tech environments
- Software proficiency in AutoCAD 2013, SolidWorks, Adobe CC Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, JavaScript, jQuery, Figjam, Google Suite, Miro, and Mural
- Verticals: Healthcare, Government

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $68637.22 and $124230.14. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
