CACI is seeking Web Designer/UI Developers for our HighVIEW Program! This position supports the customer's upcoming go-to product for a high-profile delivery function and will provide the opportunity of experience with innovative and cross-fabric digital solutions. You will work directly with software leads to design and implement new web-based interfaces and/or services. Bring your experience to advocate for an improved user experience and real-world best practices applied to our customer's environment. This is a full-time hybrid work schedule opportunity.
Duties Include but are not limited to:

• Work closely with software leads and users to understand functional requirements and make recommendations regarding UI design, solutions, and procedures
• Review software requirements and assist with design decisions
• Ensure 508 Compliance
• Participate in Agile scrum meetings
• Design, develop, and test full-stack software applications using:
  
  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Angular (12 or higher) using node.js and TypeScript
  • c# Rest API (WCF or WebApi)
  • CACI HighView document and records management
  • Oracle database

• Provide end-user testing assistance

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in web development, with experience in:
  
  • Platforms/ Architecture styles such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, Angular Material UI components
  • Development Process and Tools such as Angular (v2-12) Single Page Web Applications using node.js and TypeScript

• Ability to balance UI/UX design needs with customer requirements
• JIRA experience
• Ability to learn and apply functional concepts very quickly

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Experience with developing replacement systems and meeting user expectations and implied requirements
• Experience with HighVIEW
• Experience with PL/SQL
• Experience with WCF RESTful Web Services (c# .NET) or equivalent REST technologies

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $82,100-$172,400. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
